Delivery method
Autors of Wines can accept orders with delivery in the territory of the Italian state and abroad (see English section of the site).
For each order placed on www.autoridelvino.it, Autori del Vino will issue a sales note (equal to a receipt) or an invoice for the shipped material. For the issuance of the fiscal document, the information provided by the Customer at the moment of the order will be used. After the emission of the same document, no variation will be possible.
The goods travel with packing realized directly from the producer, in cardboard boxes wrapped from transparent cellophane, in boxes of cardboard sealed with adhesive tape of safety or in envelopes for shipments with self-adhesive closing according to the warehouse of origin. In no case is used the adhesive tape of the courier or other closing materials.
The times of delivery of the ordered goods are purely indicative and are published in the appropriate table under the heading “indicative delivery times”; the same will be subject to change for reasons of force majeure or because of traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority. The standard delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, not holidays, from Monday to Friday.
No responsibility can be attributed to Autori del Vino in case of delay in the fulfillment of the order or in the delivery of the ordered goods.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
01. that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the delivery note or transport document (DDT);
02. that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, however, altered;
03. that no closing materials other than those mentioned above have been used.
Eventual external damages or the lacked correspondence of the number of the necks must be immediately contested to the courier that effects the delivery, affixing the writing “withdrawal with reserve for damaged package”, or “withdrawal with reserve for open package” or “withdrawal with reserve for missing necks” on the appropriate accompanying document. It’s also required to open an anomaly file with Autori del Vino, filling in what you can find under the button “Problems with the order?” in the order detail in your Personal Area, choosing the voice “I received a box visibly damaged or tampered with” or “Some products I ordered are missing”.
Once signed the document of the courier, the customer can not make any objection about the external characteristics of what was delivered.
Possible damages or hidden anomalies must be reported to Autori del Vino’s Customer Service through the opening of an anomaly file by filling in what you can find under the button “Problems with the order?” in the order detail in your Personal Area, choosing the voice “The box is intact, but the products inside are damaged”. The request must be made no later than 8 calendar days from receipt of goods.
Any report beyond these terms will not be taken into account. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is stated.
Delivery by express courier
The standard delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 14.00 to 18.00, every day, not holidays, from Monday to Friday.
The courier will make the first delivery without notice. In case of absence of the customer, the courier leaves a notice and retry the delivery in the next 24 hours, in case of further absence, is left again notice and the shipment is put in storage. The Customer will be contacted by the Autori del Vino Care Team to define the delivery details.
Delivery time
Delivery will be made within 15 Working Days from the date Autori del Vino sends the Order acceptance e-mail. The e-mail of acceptance of the Order will be sent within 2 Working Days from the Order, if the Product is available.
Autori del Vino will send to the consumer an e-mail of acceptance of the Order within 2 working days from the Order, if the Product is available. The Courier will take charge of the Order within 2 working days from the sending of the email of acceptance of the Order.
For deliveries in Northern and Central Italy, delivery will take place no earlier than 4 Business Days and, in any case, within 10 Business Days of the Courier taking delivery of the Order.
For deliveries to Southern Italy and the islands, delivery will take place no earlier than 5 working days and, in any case, within 12 working days from the time the Courier receives the order.

Delivery costs
The cost of delivery is 10 € including vat for the whole Italian territory. For rates for foreign countries please consult the English section of the site.
Payment method
1. Bank transfer in advance/strong>
In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order will be sent only after the actual crediting on the bank account of Autori del Vino, which must occur within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order will be considered automatically canceled.
The reason for the bank transfer must report the order ID that is issued in the order confirmation e-mail.
The bank coordinates for the bank transfer are reported in the order confirmation e-mail.

2. Credit Card (Via PayPal, even without having an account)
In the case of purchase of goods with payment by credit card, together with the conclusion of the online transaction, the bank provides to authorize only the amount of the purchase made. The amount relating to the goods is charged to the customer’s credit card at the time of the actual execution of the goods ordered. The credit cards accepted are all those that rely on Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
In case of purchase with American Express credit card the order processing could be delayed due to specific anti-fraud controls on this circuit. In addition, we remind you that the destination address of the goods must correspond to that stated at the time of issuance of the card itself: otherwise you must contact the American Express call center at 06-72280371 to authorize the shipment to a different address.
In case of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in case of non-acceptance by Autori del Vino, the same at the same time will require the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the amount committed. The cancellation of the order is possible up to the moment in which the same is not yet in preparation in the warehouse. The state of the order is clearly visible in the area “State orders” and is not more cancellable if it appears the indication “Order in workmanship”. The times of release, for some typologies of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can arrive until their natural expiration (24° day from the date of authorization). Once the cancellation of the transaction has been requested, in no case Autori del Vino can be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system.
In the event that the Customer’s order is still open beyond the 23rd day from the date of submission, Autori del Vino will still charge on the Customer’s credit card the amount due, even if in advance of the material delivery of the goods, in order to avoid the deadline for authorization of the transaction (24 days).
Autori del Vino reserves the right to request to the Customer additional information (e.g. landline phone number) or a copy of documents proving the ownership of the card used. In the absence of the requested documentation, Autori del Vino reserves the right not to accept the order.
At no time during the purchase procedure Autori del Vino is able to know the information related to the buyer’s credit card, as they are typed directly on the site of the bank that manages the transaction (with very high security systems); since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that these data are intercepted. No computer file of Autori del Vino contains or preserves such data. Therefore, under no circumstances can Autori del Vino be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment of products purchased on www.autoridelvino.it.
3. PayPal
In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the conclusion of the order the customer is directed to the login page of PayPal.
The amount related to the order is charged on the PayPal account at the moment of the order acquisition.
In case of order cancellation, either by the Customer or by Autori del Vino, the amount will be refunded on the Customer’s PayPal account.
The cancellation of the order is possible until the same is not yet in stock. The status of the order is clearly visible in the “Order Status” area and can’t be cancelled if the indication “Order in progress” appears.
Once the cancellation of the transaction is requested, in no case Autori del Vino can be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase procedure Autori del Vino is able to know the financial information of the Customer. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that these data are intercepted. No computer file of Autori del Vino contains, nor keeps, such data. For each transaction executed with the PayPal account the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal.
