If the product received does not conform to the description on the site can be returned.

Return Instructions
- To request a return send an email info@autoridelvino.comwith the order number you find in the subject of the email and the reason for return, your name, surname, return address and IBAN of the account where you want to be credited the amount of the refund.
- Within a few days you will receive at your address a courier for the withdrawal of the package to be returned.
- Return shipping costs will be charged to Autori del Vino.
Refund
The refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of the returned item, which will be verified first.
The reimbursement will be made by transfer to the bank account indicated by you, in the same currency as the payment made by you.
Any bank expenses for the transfer will be paid by Autori del Vino.
Any difference in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuation will not be refunded.
Article change
In case of an exchange of the purchased item (except for the eventuality of a damaged bottle, cap or capsule), the costs of the return of the purchased item are at Autori del Vino’s charge while those of the shipment of the new item are at the customer’s charge.
Terms and Conditions
- The returned product must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must show no signs of use.
- The product must be returned with all original labels, packaging and any other accessories and with the receipt issued to the year of purchase.
