pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, we inform you that the company Autori del Vino S.r.l. will proceed to the processing of the personal data provided by you in compliance with the current legislation on the confidentiality of personal data.
Purpose:
The processing of such data by Autori del Vino S.r.l. is aimed at the conclusion and complete execution of contractual relationships with you, the fulfillment of the orders you have forwarded, the fulfillment of legal obligations, the sending of any technical / advertising material.

Rights pursuant to art. 7, Legislative Decree 196/2003
The interested party is entitled to exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, including that of obtaining from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and making them available in an intelligible form, the interested party has the right to know the origin of the data , of the purposes and methods of the processing, of the logic applied to the processing, of the identification details of the Data Controller of the subjects to whom the data may be communicated; the interested party also has the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; the interested party has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection, and to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
